Part of Denver International Airport is on Lockdown

A portion of Denver’s International Airport has been evacuated and is in lockdown due to a suspicious package. Denver police have evacuated portions of the main terminal.

Full details have not been forthcoming other than to say that police are in the process of investigating the mysterious package.

Flights are continuing as schedule. However, the flights that were to board in the area of the lockdown may be delayed.

Polices forces have already been increase in light of today’s tragic events.

In light of today’s terrorist attacks in Brussels the United States has been on guard for potential threats to vulnerable public targets.
