Developing story…
A man has been found pulled from under the Prestonville bridge near Carrollton Ky. Authorities are unsure how he got there at this time. He is currently unconscious as EMT’s are on scene.
We will keep you posted as we learn more.
UPDATE: William “Billy” Pecar was found near the Prestonville Bridge. He was pulled from the water and found deceased due to drowning.
