According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Detective Yancy Denning and Special Deputy Kevin Fry arrested 41-year-old Kelli Pennington of Madison, on a warrant for 2 counts of Level 5 Felony Theft, Level 5 Felony count of Corrupt Business Influence and one count of Level 6 Felony Attempted Check Fraud
