DOLLAR GENERAL (HANOVER) – 415 W Lagrange Rd

• 8 non-critical violations, 3 Repeat:

CLEANING NEEDED TO THE SHELVES OF THE COOLERS AND FREEZERS IN CUSTOMER AREA. DUMPSTER LIDS MUST ALWAYS BE CLOSED. MOP HEADS WERE FOUND STORED ON THE GROUND OF THE UTILITY CLOSET. THEY MUST BE HUNG AFTER BEING USED.

Follow-Up:

• 2 non-critical violations, 2 Repeat:

ENCLOSURE FOR THE DUMPSTER HAS TRASH ON THE GROUND. THE TRASH NEEDS TO GET PICKED UP. FLOORS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT NEED TO BE STRIPPED AND REWAXED.

• 1 critical violation:

OPEN GALLON OF MILK FOUND IN THE WHITE STAND UP REFRIGERATOR NEAR HAND WASH SINK. THE MILK HAS A BEST BY DATE OF DEC 17, 2018 ON IT AND NEEDS TO BE DISCARDED.
