Give Blood at Madison Chamber for Big Little Cause

January 8, 2019

In honor of Andrew Bloos, born at 23 weeks last month, and the new son of Madison Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lindsay Bloos, the Chamber is holding a blood drive on Thursday, January 10th from 2:30 to 6:30PM.

Andrew Bloos

Just come to the conference room of their building at 301 East Main Street in Madison, Indiana if you are interested in helping out those in need.

You can sign up for an appointment at (The zip code is 47250)

This could not only show support for the Bloos family, others in your community and set a good example, but you will probably feel good about it long afterwards.

This is also being put on by the American Red Cross.

According to Lindsay,

“Andrew has had four blood transfusions and will need more. Blood donors make this possible.
Even though your donation may not go directly to Andy, it will likely go to someone else in need. You could help save a life.”
If you cannot make it on January 10 or don’t live close to Madison, they encourage you to give at a time and location that works best for you.
Let them know you gave in Andy’s honor by commenting on this website: CaringBridge.

From their flyer:

Celebrate Life and Make a Difference by Giving Blood.

Blood is needed for many different kinds of patients.

It could be a young child with a rare blood disorder, a family member fighting cancer, or a friend involved in a car accident.

Please schedule an appointment to donate at this special blood drive.

You’ll feel good knowing you’ve helped changed the lives of patients in need.
