Vickie Gorrell was arrested in early February on animal neglect charges. She plead guilty to these charges Wednesday, relinquishing custody of 134 animals. We spoke with Jenny Slover, Director of the Jefferson County Animal Shelter about the current condition of the seized animals and details on how to adopt them.
